"Girl with Balloon" worth only $10 and now nothing.

I think it was the first frame of a film. The little girl walks with her balloon and a giant crow arrives ,grabs and swallows the balloon. She cries.

A fanfare of trumpets announce the arrival of Adolf Hitler who asks the girl what's wrong. She explains. Hitler attacks the bird , but is swallowed whole by it. The bird spits out his sword.

The girl takes the sword, and beheads the bird, turns the bird's body into an airplane and flies off in it.
